Tulare County Federal Credit Union is excited to announce the groundbreaking of its new branch in North Visalia, set to open in the third quarter of 2025. This expansion aims to provide convenient financial services to the growing local community. The new branch, located at 3020 N. Mooney Blvd, will feature a full-service lobby, drive-thru ATM, and modern technology to enhance the member experience.
